1. KAYAKALP
This project was monitored by Dr. Bharat Bhushan. He motivated his hospital staff and villagers to participate in the initiative to change working ambience. They worked on Clean and Green campaign and turned the dull and deserted building and surroundings into a green lush eye catching campus. They included conducting training programs for knowledge upgradation, initiated patient follow up dairy (Sehat diary) and maintenance of hospital in this project. Using NPHS guideline , they worked upon IEC wall concept , 2 hospital gardens and indoor plants. Their efforts were appreciated and conferred the state level “KAYAKALP” award, which was awarded by Sh Kalicharan Saraf, honorable health minister, Rajasthan.
2. PIRA
This project was monitored by Mr Anil Kumar, who is a chemical engineer by profession and working in R&D organization. The name PIRA is chosen because the members of this team have a burning desire (“Pira” in Hindi) within, for doing something.
“कुछ न कर पा सकने की पीड़ा ही कुछ करने की प्रेरणा देती है”
Since volunteers of this team are in a research organization, this “पीड़ा” emerged in the form of “PIRA”

- Total 32 campaigns conducted under this project for Swachh Bharat Mission in association of “Anushaktinagar clean friends”
- Surveys conducted on related issues
- Suggestion submitted to Authorities through project report
- Most of our suggestions are implmented

Our suggestions
- Construction waste debris is the main problem in keeping surrounding clean and it should be taken care seriously
- More Dustbin should be provided along the roads
- Public gents and ladies toilet must be constructed
- Immersion in lake must be banned, it should be beautified
3. Plantation drives
- Plantation drive in village Agihar, Mahendergarh, Haryana
- Plantation drive at CHC, Chunavad
- Plantation drive at Govt Polytechnic college, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan
- Plantation drive at Chembur Children Home, Mankhurd, Mumbai in Association with “Patanjali yog samiti, Chembur”

5. Park Development at Suratgarh, Rajasthan
This project was taken up by a team of doctors and health professional and coordinated by Dr. Bharat Bhushan (MS, Ortho). The total work done under this project is as follows-
- Barricading of area
- Plantation
- Grass laying
- Watering and nurturing on daily basis
The park was named after the late Dr Darshan Singh Rajpal, who laid his life during the Covid duty. Cheers to the whole team of Suratgarh for wonderful work.
